En su forma natural, los omega 6 se encuentran en alimentos como semillas de girasol, ch\u00eda, c\u00e1rtamo, y otras nueces y semillas; el omega 3 podemos encontrarlo en pescados de agua fr\u00eda como el at\u00fan y el salm\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A\u00fan as\u00ed, hoy en d\u00eda se consumen com\u00fanmente mediante suplementos.<br><br>Los \u00e1cidos grasos <strong>omega-3<\/strong> incluyen:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00c1cido alfa-linol\u00e9nico (ALA)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c1cido eicosapentaenoico (EPA)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c1cido docosahexaenoico (DHA)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* El ALA puede convertirse en EPA, pero esta conversi\u00f3n no se produce en la piel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Los \u00e1cidos grasos <strong>omega-6 i<\/strong>ncluyen:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00c1cido linoleico (LA)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c1cido gamma linol\u00e9nico (GLA)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c1cido dihomo-gamma-linol\u00e9nico (DGLA)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c1cido araquid\u00f3nico (AA)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">*El LA puede convertirse en GLA, pero no en la piel.
